The TELUS Health MyPet app is compatible with Android devices running on Android 10 and newer versions. Internet connection is required; it is advisable to use Wi-Fi to avoid additional data charges outside Wi-Fi coverage.

Veterinary consultations are priced at $95, plus applicable taxes, additional charges apply if medication is prescribed. Vet technician consultations are $40, plus taxes. Consultation fees may vary during promotional periods. For current offers and full details visit telus.com/mypet.

 <li>Vets provide care for preventative issues, triaging, diagnosis, treatment in dogs and cats. Common concerns include allergies, nutrition management, mild stomach problems, parasite control, life stage advice, infections, behavioral issues, chronic disease management.</li>

Vets may recommend in-person visits for specific cases needing physical exams or further testing.
